Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy

We strive to ensure that all products arrive in excellent condition and meet your expectations. However, if you wish to request a return, refund, or replacement, the following terms strictly apply.


1. Mandatory Contact Before Returning

Customers must contact us via our official contact form or email address before returning any item.

Returns sent without prior written approval and return instructions will not be accepted and may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

We do not accept unauthorized returns.


2. Return Eligibility & Deadline

📆 All return, refund, and replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 30 days — including those relating to damage, defects, wear, sizing issues, or quality concerns — will not be accepted.

  • Once the 30-day period has expired, the purchase is considered accepted, final, and non-refundable.

If a return request is approved within the 30-day window, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Failure to return the item within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the return authorization.


3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • In original packaging (where applicable)

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, misuse, or alteration

  • Reduce the refund amount if the item is returned in a diminished condition

Items returned in unsuitable condition may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

Customers must:

  • Use a tracked and insured shipping service

  • Provide proof of shipment and tracking details

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost return parcels

  • Undelivered return shipments

  • Returns damaged in transit

If a returned item is not successfully received at our warehouse, no refund will be issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a monetary refund in cases of suspected misuse or excessive returns.

Store credit:

  • Does not expire

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse, excessive claims, or suspected fraudulent activity.


6. Defects and Damage

Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Any defects, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the reporting timeframe may be denied.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing or care

  • Misuse or mishandling

  • Accidental damage after delivery


7. Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.


8. Order Cancellation and Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have reached any of the following stages:

  • Packed

  • Processed

  • Dispatched

Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders cannot be intercepted or recalled once they have been shipped.

If you no longer wish to keep an item after delivery, you must follow the return procedure outlined above.

Please note that our products are shipped internationally; delivery times may vary and are outside of our control. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible, regardless of any tracking status displayed by the carrier.


9. Chargebacks & Policy Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter may be considered a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of:

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Tracking records

  • Communication history

  • Policy acceptance at checkout
